These Terms govern your use of Winnersbet.co wagering services. By creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms. Winnersbet.co is operated by Winnersbet Pty Ltd (ABN 12 641 753 942, ACN 641 753 942) under licence VIC-BM-2024-1185.

'Account' means your Winnersbet.co wagering account. 'Services' means wagering services on the platform. 'We/us/our' refers to Winnersbet Pty Ltd. 'You/your' refers to the account holder. Not liable for failures beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, war, pandemic, government actions, power/internet failures, industrial disputes.

Governed by laws of Victoria. Non-exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.

Invalid provisions severed; remaining provisions continue in force.

These Terms plus Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and referenced policies constitute entire agreement.

We may assign rights without consent. You may not assign without written consent.

Failure to exercise rights does not constitute waiver.
